1) Verify Your Home League- please visit "Our League Boundaries" if you are unsure if you are within Capitol Little League boundaries. Children attending a school within Capitol Little League's boundaries but residing outside our boundaries are eligible to play. Therefore, if you reside outside of the boundary map area but attend one of the following schools you can also play at Capitol Little League with your friends: Brandywine Springs Elementary, Marbrook Elementary, Mote Elementary, H.B. Dupont, Baltz, Sanford, All-Saints, St. John's, Wilmington Christian or any of the pre-schools within the area of the map. Little League has amended its residency requirements to allow children to play in the local league whose boundaries where they attend school is located. To verify enrollment, parents will need to bring a recent report card confirming enrollment in the school for the current academic year.

2) Register Online- Save yourself time by registering online. Online registration is open. You can begin the registration process by clicking on the "Register" tab in the upper right corner.

3) Download & Fill Out Registration Documents - Please download and fill out all of the following documents:

     1. Registration Form (does not need to be completed if registering online)
     2. Medical Release Form
     3. Volunteer Application
     4. Parent Code of Conduct Form
     5. Work Bond Reimbursement Form
     6. Photographic Release

     1. Proof of Residency Requirements 
     2. School Enrollment Form

4) Email, Drop Off, or Mail the Following Documents - Each family should submit the registration documents listed in Step 3 along with a copy of the player's birth certificate and payment in ONE of the following ways, listed in order of preference:

• Scan and email copies of your documents, with your player's name clearly written on top, to: [email protected].
• Bring paper copies of your documents to one of Capitol Little League's 2017 open registration dates.
• Mail copies of your documents, with your player's name clearly written on top, to: Capitol Little League, PO Box 5351, Wilmington, DE 19808.

ALL players are required to submit this documentation to the league before participating in practices or games.
